What is SkillWorks?
What will I achieve? Why is this important?
What is involved?
How do I know if I am ready to do this? How do I identify my learning needs? How do I manage my learning? What types of skills should I consider? How do I get my capabilities profile?

What is involved?

Engaging in the SkillWorks process involves you working through the following steps:

MY
CAPABILITIES
PROFILE
Complete a self-assessment of your capabilities using a structured questionnaire.

You are provided with feedback in the form of a capability profile of your strengths and areas for development

MY ACTION PROFILE   Using this feedback you can then develop action plans to achieve your current learning priorities.

Your capability profiles and action plans are then stored in a confidential database for your future reference

You put your plans into action and
repeat all or part of the above process over your program as you see fit.
