Program Details

Recently returned to Australia from the U.S.A., Jonathan Dimond reunites with his old band-mates and two special guests to offer an evening of Indian-infused jazz and contemporary improvisation. The programme will feature new compositions by the band members, and perhaps a couple of old favourites from the Loops repertoire that got the band their reputation for innovative improvisatory composition. Loops is comprised of Jamie Clark (electric guitar), Jonathan Dimond (electric bass guitars) and John Parker (drums) with special guests Huib Schippers (sitar) and Dheeraj Shreestra (tabla)
