My expectations

Whether you know it or not you are starting to form a contract with Griffith University. You are developing a set of expectations about why you are here and how you hope this will make a difference in your life – think of this as your “learning contract”.

Even though you may not be aware if it, you will use your learning contract to guide the way you engage with university. As you can see, it is particularly important to be as clear as you can about the ideas that are shaping your behaviour as a university student....otherwise you may not get the most out of the experience.

Who knows why I approached uni the way I did…things are always easier to see in retrospect….but I might have made some better choices….well at least I hope I would have….if I had been given a chance at the beginning to think about what I was supposed to be doing there.
