Learning@Griffith Support assists students with online access, tipsheets, frequently asked questions and help with technical problems.
Learning Centres and Common-Use Computer Laboratories provide facilities that include Internet, email, the Library catalogue and databases, word processing, other software tools, printing and photocopying facilities and course-specific software.

First Year Advisors assist students to settle into university life by directing them to the relevant support services and assisting students to develop problem solving strategies for academic problems. For further details refer to the Role of the First Year Advisor .
Student Equity Services
The Uni-Key program assists students entering university from educationally disadvantaged backgrounds by providing a separate Orientation Program, a Peer Mentor Program and Academic and General Skill Development Workshops.

The Griffith Portal provides students with enrolment services 24 hours a day via the Internet.

Griffith University Equity Computer Scheme provides a very limited number of superseded computers to severely financially disadvantaged students.
Current Support for students with disabilities includes: support accommodation; alternative examination arrangements; alternative formats of print material; assistive technology; notetaking service; participation assistance, personal care; furniture; tutorials; provision to study at a reduced rate and audiotaping of lectures/tutorials.
